WHERE DO YOU SHIP? 

We deliver to the United Kingdom and Channel Islands. For Republic of Ireland, and all other European shipments, please visit www.ducadelcosma.com. 

We are unable to ship to post office boxes or BFPO addresses. 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED? 

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and then a second email to confirm when your order has been shipped.

During seasonal events and sale periods, order processing and delivery may take slightly longer than normal due to high volumes of orders and courier delays. 

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS/BANK HOLIDAYS? 

Our office/couriers do not operate on weekends or bank holidays. Any orders that are placed over these periods, will be despatched the next working day. 

WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER? 

Our preferred couriers are FedEx and Royal Mail and offer tracked shipping. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Yes, upon despatch of your order you will receive an email with your tracking information which is provided by FedEx/Royal Mail. 

Please note, we cannot be held reliable if an item goes missing after being successfully delivered.  

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO SOMEONE ELSE OR TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? 

Yes. On our checkout page, you will have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address. 

WILL I PAY VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX)? 

All prices quoted include the standard UK rate of VAT at 20%. 

CHANNEL ISLANDS AND VAT 

DUCA UK (Duca del Cosma (UK) Ltd) operate a standard product pricing policy in the UK and the Channel Islands, meaning that customers are charged flat prices, inclusive of VAT, irrespective of where they live.  

As a business we do not differentiate sales between the Channel Islands and the UK and as such all transactions are charged VAT and declared accordingly with HMRC.
