We deliver to the United Kingdom and Channel Islands. For Republic of Ireland and for all other European shipments, please visit www.ducadelcosma.com.

We are unable to ship to post office boxes or BFPO addresses. 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED? 

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and then a second email to confirm when your order has been shipped.

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS/BANK HOLIDAYS? 

Our couriers do not operate on weekends or bank holidays. Any orders that are placed over these periods, will be dispatched the next working day. 

WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER? 

Our preferred courier is UK Mail who are part of the DHL Group and offer tracked shipping throughout the UK. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Yes, upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with your tracking information which is provided by UK Mail/DHL. 

Please note, we cannot be held liable if an item goes missing after being successfully delivered. 

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO SOMEONE ELSE OR TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? 

Yes. On our checkout page, you will have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address. 

WILL I PAY VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX)? 

All prices quoted include the standard UK rate of VAT at 20%.
