  • Our team will on a short break from 22nd to 28th December 2025 and 1st to 4th of January.
  • Any orders placed between this time will be dispatched between 29th to 31st December, with normal service resuming from 5th January 2026.

SHIPPING POLICY

Where do you ship?

We deliver to the United Kingdom and Channel Islands. For Republic of Ireland, and all other European shipments, please visit www.ducadelcosma.com.

We are unable to ship to post office boxes or BFPO addresses.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and then a second email to confirm when your order has been shipped.

What are my delivery options?

*Delivery timings based on order being placed before 12pm GMT Monday-Friday.   

During seasonal events and sale periods, order processing and delivery may take slightly longer than normal due to high volumes of orders and courier delays.

Do you deliver on weekends/Bank Holidays?

Our office/couriers do not operate on weekends or bank holidays. Any orders that are placed over these periods, will be despatched the next working day.

Can I track my order?

Yes, upon despatch of your order you will receive an email with your tracking information which is provided by the courier.

Please note, we cannot be held reliable if an item goes missing after being successfully delivered. In the unfortunate event, we kindly ask that you contact us within 5 working days to allow us to raise an investigation with the courier within their timeframe - any claims reported after 5 working days will not be eligible for investigation or compensation. 

Can my order be delivered to someone else or to a different address?

Yes. On our checkout page, you will have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address.

Will I pay VAT (Value Added Tax)

All prices quoted include the standard UK rate of VAT at 20%.

Channel Islands and VAT

DUCA UK (Duca del Cosma (UK) Ltd) operate a standard product pricing policy in the UK and the Channel Islands, meaning that customers are charged flat prices, inclusive of VAT, irrespective of where they live.  

As a business we do not differentiate sales between the Channel Islands and the UK and as such all transactions are charged VAT and declared accordingly with HMRC.
