Exchanges & Returns (How can I return my order?)
We hope you are satisfied with everything you have purchased from Duca. If this is not the case, you can return your purchase up to 30 days after receiving it via our returns portal or exchange your product for another product or size for free. Please note the following:
- Your return must be registered within 30 days of receipt
- Your return must be in its original condition and in the original packaging
- Any free products must be returned along with your order
- A modified return policy applies to damaged or worn products.*
Do you want to return something? Then you can register a return in our return portal via the button below. Would you like to exchange a product? Please contact us via email and we can sort this out for you.
We kindly ask that you also include the return slip (can also be downloaded here) or your order information within the return parcel, this will help speed up the return process.
Once you post the return, we recommend that you hold onto the email receipt/reference number - in the unlikely event your parcel gets lost on its way back to us, we'll need this to complete the refund
We will process the exchange or refund within 10 working days of receipt.
Warranty conditions
We recommend treating your product with proper care to maximise its lifespan. We only cover product defects that are demonstrably caused by normal use. The warranty does not apply to self-inflicted damage caused by improper handling.
Is your product damaged and do you want to submit a warranty claim? Please contact our customer service info@ducadelcosma.com or call 085-2500010. To be able to find a solution quickly, we ask you to provide as much information as possible, including your order number and photos of the defect. After inspection, we will repair or replace the product accordingly. The product will then be sent back to you by default. The shipping costs for returning and resending your product will be reimbursed by us.
